DecoArt Glow in the Dark Medium.
Adds luminescence to Acrylics.
Shake well.
May be used alone or with acrylic paint.
Works best with transparent or light colors.
To use with paints, basecoat with the desired color.
When basecoat has dried, brush on a layer of medium and allow to dry.
When using on fabrics, add fabric medium, following label instructions
for heat settings and drying.
Non-toxic.
Soap an water clean up.
